As an organisation, we deem it important to celebrate men who are making spectacular movements and shifts in their economies and respective sectors throughout Africa.

Making use of an independent judging panel(s) of business leaders allows us to identify Africa’s leading men. Nominations are open to all African men, and winners will be recognised at prestigious events held across the continent.
